Eligibility for CAT

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree, with no less than 50% or equal CGPA (45% if there should arise an occurrence of the aspirants having a place with Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) classification)
  • The degree should be granted by any of the Universities consolidated by an act of the central or state statutory body in India or other instructive organizations built up by an act of Parliament or pronounced to be considered as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Eligibility for CLAT

  • Forty-five percent (45%) marks in Qualifying Exam (Class XII or equivalent) in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved /OBC /Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories.
  • Forty Percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2019 are also eligible for appearing in CLAT-2019 offline examination. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.

Structure and Pattern of CLAT

CLAT is a test of one's aptitude and reasoning abilities. It comprises of five sections namely: Verbal Ability, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Legal Aptitude.

Each question carries 1 mark and for every incorrect attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

CMAT Paper Pattern: Important Features

  • NTA will release CMAT Mock Test one month before the CMAT 2019 exam date on CMAT exam website.
  • Go through the CMAT 2019 trial test to have a feel of the online computer based CMAT paper pattern carefully and familiarize yourself with the screens, layout, and navigation tools in the revised CMAT exam pattern.
  • At the CMAT test venue, each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal and he/she will be provided with a scratch paper for calculations.
  • After the CMAT exam is over, candidate must leave the scratch paper at the desk.
  • CMAT Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing will be allowed inside the CMAT testing room. No breaks will be given during the CMAT exam.
  • One of the key features in CMAT 2019 exam pattern is that None of the candidates in CMAT 2019 will be disqualified even if they score very low. The objective of the test is not to eliminate the candidates from the process of seeking admission in the AICTE approved management programmes, rather to facilitate the institutions to select the suitable candidates as per their merit.

DAVV CET procedure to apply online

  • Candidates willing to apply for DAVV CET 2019 will have to apply for their choice of the programme in online mode only.

  • Changes in online form may not be accepted later on.

DAVV CET Pattern 2019

DAVV CET 2019 will be conducted in online mode for two hours. The question paper will contain MCQs with four options to choose the right answer from.

DAVV CET 2019 for Group A and D will be held between 10 am to 11:30 am and DAVV CET 2019 for Group B and C will be held between 2 pm to 3:30 pm.
